Round 1 October 24th - November 27th~ I did not come up with this fun challenge. I am totally copying almost word for word from Brittney K. whom I did this with last year. It is a fun way of getting on track and losing some lbs/leaning up at the same time! Especially needed this time of year. I love that it has nothing to do with cutting out ways of life but it is about adding the GOODS to our life. If you want to join the challenge leave a comment and the fun starts the 24th!

Healthier U Challenge
You may join anytime. You may also play one week and not the next. This is very on your terms. The winner will receive something in the mail from the loser. It can be a piece of gum and a homemade congratulations card. It is just always fun to receive something in the mail besides junk or bills right!? Lets keep it to a small gift $5 or just a card. If you can email me at tbrink11@hotmail.com and send me your address then I will be the only one to have the addresses and will pass them along to the losers. This will be fun so come join us!

ReplyDeleteWhy can't I post on my own blog?! Katy the great thing about burning so many calories is that you can eat whatever you want! My weight didn't change but I definately lost muscle and have more fat. - Tara
